He is survived by: his children, Mindy Zell (Dean) of Martinsville, Cynthia Rodriguez (Chris Childers) of Shelbyville and Jimmy Rodriguez (Patricia) of Shelbyville; his brothers, Omar Rodriguez and Edwin Rodriquez; and his grandchildren, Breanna (Eliodoro), Jaime (Stephanie), Jake (Brittany), Sabrina (Steven), Samantha, William, Victoria and Trinity. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
