He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Ann Scott (Gladson); and his children, Jeffrey Scott (Chris) of Shelbyville, Jenny Hampton (Wayne) of Columbus, Patrick Scott (Linda) of Arlington and Matthew Scott (Gina) of Shelbyville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
