It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Drake of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Burkesville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Otis and Bertha Shaw (Copus); her husband Larry H. Drake; and her siblings, Charles Shaw, Kenneth Shaw, Wayne Shaw, Edith Adkins and Linda Lou Estep.
She is survived by: her sons, Brent Drake (Deena) of Shelbyville and David Drake (Charlotte) of Shelbyville; and her brother Doug Shaw of Trafalgar. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
