She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Stevens and Imogene Stevens (Howard); her husband Robert D. "Bob" Theobald; her siblings, Barbara Craig and James Stevens; and her grandson Justin Theobald.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff D. Theobald (Cammy) of New Castle, Thomas E. Theobald (Lori) of Rockwell and Mary West (Jack) of Houston, Texas; and her grandchildren, Holly Nisley (Todd), Amanda Brinker (Steven), Dustin Theobald (Elizabeth), Brittany Ross (Caleb), Cortney Engelhardt (Garrett), Jackie West, Taylor West and McKinzee Theobald. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
