He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pherigo and Virginia Pherigo (Hey). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Link; his daughter Angela Pherigo of Morristown; his sister Sandra Piercy (Gaylon) of Shelbyville; his nephews, Robert Piercy, Derick Piercy, Larry Link and Tim Link; his niece Katherine Sparks; and his pet Johnny.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 136 E. Washington St., Shelbyville, Indiana 46176.
