With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Georgia L. Wertz of Shelbyville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Georgia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Georgia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Wicker and Virginia Wicker (Mann); and her brother Dennis Wicker. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Wertz; her children, David Wright (Kim) of Silver Creek, Georgia, Jenni Jo Taylor (David) of Beebe, James Conwell-Glaub (Ryan) of Kokomo, Misti and Amanda Thoman (Brent); her sister Mary Alice Zinman (Ann) of Shelbyville; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
