He was predeceased by: his parents, Hervet Merrill and Esther Mae Johnson (Supinger) of New Castle, Indiana.; and his sister Linda Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lee Johnson (Lathrop); and his children, Curtis Johnson (Julie), David Johnson, Keith Johnson and Krista Schmitt (Alan). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
