He is survived by: his wife Patti Lynn Phelps (Nicholson); his children, Shelley Nolley (Chris) and Jeremy Canter (Carrie); his grandchildren, Lindsey Davis (Conner), Kyle Canter, Madison Hall (Carter), Emma Nolley, Braedyn Canter, Briesyn Canter, Ella Nolley, Austin Darling and Averie Canter; his great grandchildren, Brently Canter and Rory Hall; his siblings, Raymond Phelps, Roger Phelps, Daniel Phelps (Debbie), Allen Phelps, Denver Phelps (Porica) and Glenda Girdler (Milford); his aunt Imogene Keel; and his brother-in-law Victor Chancy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
