He was predeceased by: his brother Damon Joachim. He is survived by: his parents, David Allen Joachim Sr. and Marga Ly McNabb (Roberts); his wife Amber Lynn Kerley; his son Gavin Joachim of Crown Point; his brothers, Justin Joachim (Mitzy) of South Bend, Scott Ingole (Betty) of South Bend, Phillip Adcock (Shelly) of New Palestine and Jesse McDonald (Chryste) of Shelbyville; and his pets, Duke, Max and PJ.
