She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Smith Jr. and Daniel Smith; her siblings, Lynda Henderson-Wasmund (Ron), Matthew Henderson (Melissa) and Noah Henderson (Jessica); and her stepmother Carol Shoulders. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
