He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Haulk and Lottie Haulk (Robbins); his brother Reverend Paul Haulk of Maine; and his grandson Austin Jessup Noel. He is survived by: his spouse Joan R. (Spear); his children, Randy Haulk (Becky) of Shelbyville, Cynthia Noel (Steve) of Ft. Myers, FL. and Kimberly Haulk (Michael Ortiz) of Novato, CA.; and his grandchildren, Melia Barger, Adam Haulk (Tonya), Whitney Haulk, Kasey Williams (Brian), Travis Noel (Kim), Ashley DuBose (Shawn), Chase Noel, Sophia Mahachek, Chloe Mahachek, Malaina Ortiz and Nina Ortiz. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
