He was predeceased by: his parents, John Creekmore and Donna Creekmore (Reed); his spouse Aleana Marie Creekmore (Baylor); and his son Sammy Creekmore. He is survived by: his sons, Marcus Creekmore, David Creekmore and Brian Creekmore (Danielle); his grandchildren, Braxton Creekmore and Brevan Creekmore; and his siblings, Allen Creekmore, Johnny Creekmore and Donna Mourning (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
