With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Sue (Dyer) Duncan of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on June 9, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Dyer and Ethel Dyer-Adams (Oakley); her husband Clarence O. L. Duncan; her sons, Edward Duncan and James Duncan; and her brothers, Wayne Dyer and Floyd James Dyer.
She is survived by: her stepfather Melvin Adams; her children, Clarissa Mead (Mark), Alicia Wahab (Wahab), Melissa Kritzell (Larry) and Kedar Kilanbu; her daughter-in-law Connie Duncan; and her sisters, Betty Thurman, Sandra "Sue" Simpkins (John) and Connie Bunger (Lee). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
