We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2023, at the age of 89, Carole Louise Hardin of Shelbyville, Indiana, born in New Palestine, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Schwier and Ruth Schwier (Lichtenberg); her husband George Hardin; her siblings, Irene Woods (Robert), Maxine Curry (Russel), Donald Schwier (Mae), Byron Schwier (Delores), Ruth Ann Deskins (John) and Judy Schwier; and her nephew Gregory Deskins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Ann Hardin of Shelbyville and Denise Lynn Coffey (Mike) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Sarah Lynn Waninger (Daniel) and Paul Michael Coffey (Kerri); and her great grandchildren, Jonah Michael Waninger, Micah David Waninger and Caroline Wray Coffey.
Memorial donations can be made to Zion Lutheran Church in New Palestine, or Shelbyville Public Library.
