He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Harrell; and his grandparents, Chester R., Rosamond Harrell, Guy and Gladys Strickler.
He is survived by: his mother Janice S. Harrell (Richardson); his daughters, Ashley Brook Harrell of Pendleton, Dana Kristine Harrell of Pendleton and Jamie Machelle Caldwell of Pendleton; his siblings, Pamela R. Harrell of Shelbyville, Kathy J. Skaggs (Harrell) of Shelbyville and Bryan R. Harrell of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Jace Emerson Washington, Jaylee Ryan Caldwell, Kellen Brooks Caldwell, Quinlee Luv Austin and Halle Renee Austin; and his daughter Robin Esslinger (Larry) of Pendleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
