She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ewick and Lola Ewick (Buell); her brother Carl "Sonny" Ewick; and her son-in-law John Smith. She is survived by: her husband James E. Willard; her children, Carol Fowler (James) of Shelbyville, Sandra Smith of Shelbyville, Terri Miller (Bill) of Indianapolis, Connie Turner of Shelbyville and Bruce Willard (Alicia) of Shelbyville; her siblings, Richard Ewick (Dan) of Jacksonville, Harold Ewick Jr. (Marsha) of Brownsburg, Dianna Bond of Shelbyville and Jami Chew (Mark) of Crawfordsville; and her grandchildren, Sally Fowler Perkins, Brian Fowler, Jamey Smith, Johnny Smith, Jason Smith, Gayle Lyster, Leslie Miller, Greg Turner, Jess Willard, Jeana Craft and Jacob Gahimer. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel (819 S Harrison St, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
