He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Laird and Christine Laird (Coers); his daughter Briana Springman; and his son-in-law Jay Griffith. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Gobel (Teresa) and Tara Griffith; his grandchildren, Kyra Springman, Parker Springman, Logan Vogler, Micah Price (Adam), Abby Gobel and Alexandra Gobel; his great grandchild Clara Price; and his siblings, Roger Laird and Susan Kuhn (Rex). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (3718 E Blue Ridge Rd, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
