She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Wertz and Cecil Wertz Montgomery (Gillespie); her husband Carson Mohr; and her brothers, Kenneth Wertz and Don Wertz.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Clark (John) of Shelbyville, Suzanne Pauszek (Michael) of Franklin, Kit Mohr (Debbie) of Franklin and Mark Mohr (Kathy) of Greensburg; and her grandchildren, Darcy Muldoon (Neal), T. J. Clark (Kim), Jason Mohr (Charity), Megan Schornick (Doug), Heather Schulz, Jarrod Law, Nicole Stone (Paul), Doug Mohr, Kim Peters (Brandon), Chris Pauszek, Leigh Pauszek, Robyn Pauszek and Mattie Bush (Isaac). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
