He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Gail"; his parents, John and Marie; and his brother Dr. Donald Winandy. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Cross (Jamee) of Shelby, William J. of Shelby, Carolyn of Shelby and Michael (Terry) of Roselawn; his grandchildren, Brian Cross (Meagan), Kevin Cross (Tracy), William J. Winandy, Christian Winandy and Tera Coleman (Jamey); and his great grandchildren, Karissa, Trenton, Mady, Lucas, Isabelle Cross, Lydia, Liam Cross, Aiden, Evan and Jace Coleman.
