He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin, Sr. and Helen Shinkle; and his siblings, Carmalene, Charlotte, Jerry, John, Bette, Roy, Ben and Barbara Strickhorn.
He is survived by: his children, William, Jr. (Alison) and Annette Clemens; his grandchild Alyssa; his stepchildren, Tonya Wolfe (Brian), Matthew Neswick and Paul Neswick (Maggie); his stepgrandchild Tyler of Zoey, Luca; and his siblings, Richard, Joe, LaVonne Hutchins and Helen Clemens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
