He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Leo Troutt and Averlene Cleo Perry Troutt; his wife Helen L Troutt; and his sister Sondrea Ozolins. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Troutt (Lisa) and Brad Troutt (Leigh Ann); his brother Darrell Troutt (Roz); his grandchildren, Jason Troutt (Karen), Brian Troutt (Tammy), Emily Bembenek (Ross), Adam Troutt and Hannah Troutt; and his great grandchildren, Ella Trout, Brady Troutt, Nolan Troutt, Braylon Troutt, Kate Troutt and Madi Bembenek.
