He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Anna. He is survived by: his wife Joan; and his children, Cheryl Widstrand-Hyzy (late Timothy Hyzy), Edmond Jr. (Annette), Sandra Mak, Daniel (Denise), James (Diane), Debra Miller (Mark), Christine Eich (Timothy) and Angeline (Jim). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to support the Other Movement Disorders Research and Programs Fund at Rush University Medical Center, where Edmond gifted his brain for MSA research.
