He was predeceased by: his father John Flatt (Essie L. Studor); and his sister Dj Hankins. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; and his children, Dana Flatt of Dennis Flatt, Dawn Flatt, Danette Culver and Rose Marie Baldwin (Mike). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.
