He is survived by: his spouse Judith "Judy" Waltz; his children, Jody Butts Dolder (Matthew) of Indianapolis and Jayme Butts (Kayla) of Camby; his brothers, Tony Nicholson (Sally) of Shelbyville and Jim Butts (Susan) of Franklin; his granddaughter Olivia Dolder; his father-in-law Royse Waltz of Fairland; his sister-in-law Joyse Banister of Fairland; his nieces, Nikki Vogel (Dan), Amy Johnson (Earl), Tammy McPherson (Rob), Sarai Banister, Mark Hull and Amanda Gosser (Brad); and his nephew Ty Nicholson (Crystal).
