He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Bob Whitlock and Lucille "Tilly" Romine Whitlock; his stepmother Rose Whitlock (Butler); and his sister Sharon Wence of Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Suzette Whitlock (Dozier); his children, Tracy Whitlock (Amy) of Shelburn, Bambi Lynn Whitlock of Shelburn and Christa Waterman (Warren) of Sullivan; his niece Melissa Snead (Billy) of Sullivan; his nephew Todd Wence of Calisle; his grandchildren, Courtney Cooper (David), Lacey Ball (Mike), Rachel Whitlock, Levi Whitlock (Tayla), Kendra King (Brandon), Trey Waterman (Ashley) and Parker Fry (Emma); and his close friend Sadie Lynn. He is also survived by 13 beautiful great grandchildren.
