He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anna Aliff and Joseph Aliff; his sister Valarie June Taylor (Dennis); his niece Jessica; his nephews, Dennis and Brian; his wife Nancy Aliff; his children, Bridget Yates (Everett Long) and Kelly Yates (James Montgomery Jr.); and his grandchildren, Brandon Lee Zeabart, Maelynn, Rayden (Brianna), James Montgomery III, Sabrina Montgomery (Jacob-Stephens), River Jacob Montgomery-Stephens, Cassidy Montgomery, Madalynn Rae Gibbs and Haizlynn Grace Gibbs.
