He was predeceased by: his former wife Virginia Ann McHugh (Jinnie). He is survived by: his parents, Walker McHugh and Dorothy McHugh (Huff); his wife Ernestine Foster McHugh; his children, Richard W. McHugh (Rick), David W. McHugh (Leeann Gerkin) of Tucson and Lisa Ann Goerner of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Anne Blackmar (Charlie) of Portland, Walker McHugh (Natalie) of Dexter, Kasey McHugh of Denver, Cora McHugh of Ann Arbor and Patrick McHugh of Los Angeles; his great grandchildren, Cecilia of Dexter and Thomas of Dexter; his nieces, Debbie Roznovsky of Houston, Jan Aten of Vermont and Cindy Howard (Curt) of Sullivan; and his nephew Keith Lloyd of Houston.
