It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joshua Ryan Carrico of Shelburn, Indiana, born in Linton, Indiana, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melanie Hoover, Larry Hayes, Charles and Ethel Carrico. He is survived by: his parents, Cory L. Carrico and DeAnna L. Carrico (Hayes) of Shelburn, IN; his sisters, Sarah McWhirter (Derek) of Jasonville, IN, Virginia Smith and Heather VanHorn of Hymera, IN; and his nieces, Nevaeh Burch and Charli McWhirter.

In keeping with Josh's wishes cremation will be scheduled with burial at a later date at Stephens Cemetery in Lewis, IN In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Josh to help with funeral expenses.

“I am so sorry to hear this. Josh was always so kind and attended church at Blessed Hope with us. I just saw him a couple months ago and told him I found Nevaeh's Bible at the church. He drove up there on his bike to pick it up for her. I thought that was so sweet. He always had a smile and kind word when I would see him out and about or at church. He will be greatly missed. Praying for the family especially at this time.”
