He is survived by: his mother Maybelle Meadows (Snider) of Sullivan, IN; his wife Kay Meadows (Barish); his son David Meadows Jr. (Jenny) of Sullivan, IN; his siblings, Daniel Meadows of Bowling Springs, SC, Dondi Meadows (Teresa), Jennifer Eidson (John) and Julianne Simonic of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Margaret and Harley.
