He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Harold Hensley and Mary Ann Edwards Hensley; his wife Susan Hensley; his daughter Helen Thomas-Hyde; and his brothers, Ronald and Joseph Hensley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Johnnie Martinez of Shelburn, Susie Gilley (Kenny) of Terre Haute and Jessica Moyer of Colorado; and his siblings, Michael Hensley (Pat) of South Bend, Richard Hensley of South Bend, Randy Hensley of South Bend, Gail Curtis (Bud) of Shelburn and Regina Hensley of South Bend. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
