He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kirtley and Marie Kirtley (Lessig); and his brother Dave Kirtley. He is survived by: his wife Lana Lassiter; his siblings-in-law, Janie Kirtley, Jerilyn Manning (Steve) of Claypool, IN, Glen Lassiter (Debbie) and Greg Lassiter (Sue); his nieces, Andrea Thomas, Missy Lassiter, Jessi Manning, Meg Manning, Stacey Fry and Heidi DeBard; and his nephew Kevin Kirtley (Christy).
