He is survived by: his brother Chester Palmer of Kingsport, TN; his son Paul Palmer of Oakland Park, FL; and his stepdaughters, Terry Jonaitis (Joe) of Fairbanks, AK, Julia Carey (Dan) of Alexandria, IN, Tracy Rogers (Rocky) of Lowndes, MO and Jill Pluckebaum (John) of Key West, FL..
