He is survived by: his wife Betty Sears (Rogers); his sons, Shawn Sears and Rick Sears; his grandson Brayton Sears (Dina); and his sisters, Joyce Haalck and Margaret Nixon (Walt). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
