Matt was an intern and then branch chief for me at DFAS and I knew from our first meeting he was from a good family, he cared about others, and he had faith in his abilities. I did too. Matt grew daily into a terrific leader and a man others held in esteem. He is missed by all who knew him. Doug Flanagan.”
