He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Emenhiser and Homer Emenhiser; his grandparents, John and Jennie Hutto; and his sister Jennie Lee Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Scott; his children, Julie Dawkins (Greg) and Jay Emenhiser (Rachel); his grandchildren, Shelby, Hunter, Hannah, A. J., Annette and Cameron Gilbert; and his brother-in-law Carl Scott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
