He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Butler and Helen D. Butler (Harper). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sue Butler (McCoy); his children, Kelly Worley (Tom), Kimberly Hudson (Norman), Lora Richardson (Dennis), Candy Miller (Curt) and Scott Butler (Melonie); his sisters, Ruthella Storer and Carol Pickering (Jack); his grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson (Jason Eller), Andrea Hattery (Jason), Mallory Keith (Patrick), Joshua Worley (Liz), Justin Worley (Kirsten), Jordan Hudson (Kaelyn), Katherine Hudson, Angie Martin (Blake), Aaron Richardson (Christine), Brittney Buck (Jacob), Erik Richardson (Kylie), Montreal Johnson, Taylor Querry (Caleb), Claire Huff, Max Richardson, Kortney Butler, Kinley Butler and Joshua Welsh (Desarae); his friend Jack Newton; and his pet Tiny. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
