Carter (Daniel Wilborn); her grandchildren, Devin Carter, Christian O'Donnell, Shawna Carter, Levi Monroe and Lexi Monroe; her siblings, Bonnie Smith and Wilbur Jacob Miller Jr. (Nadine); her siblings-in-law, Irma Heirholzer, Mary Smith, Grace Walter and Richard Monroe; and her friend Eleanor Blubaugh (Schaffner). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
