He is survived by: his parents, Jason Smallwood (Kristy) of Columbus and Jennifer Ash (Taylor) of Holton; his grandmother Chris Hall (Kevin) of Seymour; and his siblings, Douglas "Doug" Richardson of Seymour, Kenzi Smock (Dylan) of Columbus and Madison Ash of Holton.
