She is survived by: her children, Steve Stanfield (Mindy), Laura VanWinkle and Brad Stanfield (Kate); her grandchildren, Kyle Stanfield (Amy), Kelly Webb (Kevin), Greg VanWinkle, Allison VanWinkle, Andy Stanfield (Audra) and Lori White (John); and her great grandchildren, Izzy Stanfield, Callen Stanfield, Zac VanWinkle, Kenzi VanWinkle, Connor Stanfield, Brayden Stanfield and Alaina White.
Memorial contributions can be made in Sophia's memory to Central Christian Church.
