He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hulse and Mary Lou Hulse (Hammersley); his brothers, David and John Shepherd Hulse; and his great grandchildren, Laiken Surette and Rowan Billman.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bohn (Sue); his sons, Sam Hulse Jr. (Alma) and Seth Hulse (Cathy); his brother Mark Hulse (Della); his grandsons, Matthew Hulse (Savanna), Matt Surette (Melissa) and Luke Surette (Destiny); and his great grandchildren, Caydence, Landon, Aiden, Carter, Tucker and Weston.
Memorial contributions in Sam's honor may be made out to Calvary Baptist Church.
