He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Barnett and Lillian Barnett (Newton). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jo Barnett; his son Jason Barnett (Deidre) of Indianapolis; and his grandsons, Parker Barnett of Indianapolis and Spencer Barnett of Indianapolis. He is also survived by five nieces and several cousins.
