He was predeceased by: his parents, William Captola and Dorothy Morgan Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Tony Lewis, Stacy Lewis (Christie Moore), Leslie Ball (Jerry) and Tim Jones; his grandchildren, Cassie Keshvani (Neil), Kirsten Davidson (Matt Gring), Aaron Ball, Sarah Ball, Silas Jones, Brahm Jones, Kade Jones, Tommy Moore and Elena Moore; his great grandchild Aahna Keshvani; his brother Terry Lewis (Elenor); and his extended family Rockford. He is also survived by family; and his many friends.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, Larry asked that memorials be made to Rockford Community Church, 1934 N. Ewing Street, Seymour, IN 47274.
