She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester H. Shipley and Minnie L. Shipley (Day); her husband Marshall David Chasteen; her children, David E. Davis and Tina R. Davis; and her siblings, Carolyn Sue Edwards, John and Donald Shipley.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Davis and Anita Easley; her sister Debra Loyo; and her grandchildren, Brandi, Penny Michelle, Brittany Davis and Logan Susdorf. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Voss and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (316 N Chestnut St, Seymour, IN 47274). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Riverview Cemetery (1603 Shields Ave, Seymour, IN 47274).
