She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Isaacs and Wilma Oathout Isaacs; her husband Gary Carmichael; her grandson Austin Fish; and her brother Dickie Isaacs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cari Boggs (Mike) of Columbus and Amy Blair (Steve) of Medora; her grandchildren, Hunter Boggs (Paige), Chase Boggs, Bryant Carmichael (Jessica) and JD Fish; her great grandchildren, Paislee Boggs, Reid Boggs, Brooklyn Thompson, Braxton Carmichael and Sawyer Carmichael; her brothers, Larry Isaacs (Sue) of Medora and Bill Isaacs (Linda) of Walton; and her sisters-in-law, Suzy Isaacs of Brownstown and Joy Soladine of Brownstown.
Memorials may be given to Brownstown Christian Church Building Fund.
