She is survived by: her children, Javon, Gracie and Charlie Adams; her sister-in-law Judy Carpenter; her friend Perry Adams; and her siblings, Charles Carpenter, David Carpenter, Mary Potters and Ida Raleigh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
