He is survived by: his children, Alexis Wash (Benjamin) of Fontana, CA, Megan Moore (Shawn) of Holton, IN, Brantley Remington of Seymour, Weston Root of Seymour and Mike; his siblings, Robert Zambrano of Columbus, IN, Brian Bland of Columbus, IN and Melissa Bland of Columbus; and his close friend Alissa Root of Seymour. He is also survived by his family and friends.
