She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred J. Schwartz and Lorraina Louise Waldkoetter Schwartz; and her daughter Lora Jolene Howard. She is survived by: her husband John M Lewis IV of Seymour; her children, John M Lewis (Kristin) and Suzanne White of The Woodlands; her sister Jerretta Bullard (Tom) of Seymour; her brother-in-law Fred D Lewis of Seymour; and her grandchildren, Sidney Marie Howard, Keaton Daniel Stout, Georgia Marie White, Taylor Elizabeth Lewis, John Cooper White and Avery Kristin Lewis.
