She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Roberts and Lucy Pearl Hobbs; and her siblings, Shirley Bowman and Troy Hobbs. She is survived by: her husband Arthur M. Motsinger; her sons, Dennis Motsinger (Stephanie), Mark Motsinger (Diana) and Rodney Motsinger (Jackie); her grandchildren, Megan Motsinger Toborg (Elijah), Jadyn Motsinger and Avory Motsinger; and her great grandchildren, Augustus "Gus" Toborg, Ryder Smith and Skylar Smith.
Memorials may be given in Loretta's memory through Burkholder Chapel to the Indiana Department of Child Services.
