Loretta Hawn-Holt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta Hawn-Holt (Seymour, Indiana), born in Crab Orchard, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Burdine and Mary Jane Burdine (Neal); and her granddaughter Brooke Hawn. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Holt; her children, James Hawn (Jerri), Kim Ingalls (Phil), Kristie Graybeal (Chris) and Joey Holt; her grandchildren, Samantha Brown, Hannah Erwin (Kory), Zack Hawn, Olivia Lee, Ally Elam (Fred), Wyatt Houk, Sierra Westmoreland (Dakota) and Devin Graybeal; and her siblings, Leroy Burdine, Lenard Burdine, Larry Burdine, Linda Abner, Leona Taskey, Jacque Gerbig, Mary Rose Applegate, Sharon Wilde, Patty Bowling and Claude Fouts. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
She loved to sew, quilt and crochet, and is remembered for sewing many masks during the pandemic.
Memorial contributions in Loretta's honor may be made out to the building fund for either Seymour Community Church or Brownstown Church of the Nazarene.
