She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Helt Childers (Anthony) of Independence, Iowa; her grandchildren, Christopher Childers (Kendyl) of Yukon, Ethan Childers (Kaylan) of Columbus and Sarah Childers of Independence, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Liam Childers; and her brother Mark Hubbard of Winter Haven, Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
